Frequently asked questions

1. Appointments

All appointments must be scheduled in advance.

Our preference is making appointments via e-mail-a. We will respond as soon as possible.

Appointments can also be made by phone during working hours, however we will not always be able to answer the phone because patients in the office have priority.

Outside of working hours, please call only in case of emergency.

2. Upon the arrival for your examination

Please come for your appointment at the scheduled time. There is no need to come earlier. This
would make our work in the office much easier.

3. What do I need?

If you are sent by a company, you must have a referral.
If you are coming for a driver's examination, you must have a certificate of any previous illnesses
from your family doctor.
If you wear glasses, be sure to take them with you.
If you suffer from chronic diseases, bring the latest findings of the specialist and the list of
medications you are taking.

If you have any further questions regarding your medical examination,
